Our Suicide Loss Support Group is a safe, confidential and judgement-free space for individuals who have a lost a loved one to suicide. This group is designed to provide emotional support, connection and understanding among people who truly "get it". Grief after suicide can feel isolating, complicated and overwhelming. In this space, you are free to share your story, speak your loved ones name, express emotions, or simply just sit and listen, there is no pressure. This is an open group, meaning you can attend as you need. Whether your loss is recent or years ago, you are welcome here. You do not have to carry this alone.
